I'M ABLE TO START THE COURSE, BUT NO VIDEO IS PLAYING. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

The most common reason the audio/video is not playing is that the incorrect drive letter may have been selected when you started the course.

As indicated when you start a course you need to select the drive the CD is in.

When you select a drive the lights go green. This only means you selected a drive. The system can not validate it is the right drive.

To determine which drive your CD is in, click on the "My Computer" (Windows XP) or "Computer" (Windows Vista) icon from either your desktop or Start menu.

In this example, drive E: is the correct drive to select.

Start the course again and select the correct drive letter.
