PROBLEMS WHEN STARTING OR TAKING A COURSE

• I don’t see any courses listed here.

• I click on the course I want to start and nothing happens.

• What does the course progress mean?

• What happens if I start a course and I cannot complete it right now?

• I thought I was further ahead than the Course Progress is showing me.

• The Next button is not coming up.

• The course is running very slow.

• I see video but I do not have any sound.

• The text covers the "Next" button, and/or runs off the page

• The course I am taking froze up. What should I do?
