If the Next button is not coming up after a video has ended,
we recommend waiting for 5 minutes. Sometimes there might be
a miscommunication between the CD and the program. This usually
resolves itself within 5 minutes. If after 5 minutes the Next
button still does not appear, you will need to clean out your
Temporary Internet Files folder. First you will close the program.
Any progress since the last section that was completed will
be lost. Click on the link to learn How
to Clean Out My Temporary Internet Files folder. After cleaning
out your Temporary Internet Files folder, log back into the
system and restart the course. The next time you reach the screen
in question, the Next button should appear after the video ends.
