FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: How do I get started?

A: If your company has required you to complete training on , you should have been provided with a Student ID and password or you have been provided with a registration Tag.

If you have a Student ID and password, simply click on Start or Continue a Course from the Main menu. You are already registered for the training. Do not go to Student Registration.

If you only have a Registration Tag, you must go to Student Registration from the Main Menu. Fill out the registration form in Step One. In step two you will be asked for authorization. Your Registration Tag is your authorization. Enter it exactly the way it reads. You may then proceed to Step Three and make your course selections)

Q: I am running Windows XP Professional and Windows Media Player Version 8 with an nVidia display adapter; The video does not play.

A: This is due to a bug in the nVidia display driver when run in XP. nVidia has been contacted through Dell Computers and is working on a solution. These systems will work fine in Windows 2000 Pro with the same hardware and display adapter driver. The problem shows up when trying to show any video with Media Player on a web page.
